Stephanie Steele-Wheeler
Greetings! I am Stephanie Steele-Wheeler, 4th Grade Teacher. This is my 6th year teaching in Douglas County School System after teaching 13 years in the DeKalb County School District. Let me tell you a little more about myself.
I am from Tuscaloosa, AL and I am a graduate of Alabama State University in Montgomery, AL. Go Hornets! I returned to school to get my Master's Degree and Education Specialist Degree from Central Michigan University and Nova Southeastern University.
I am married and have two children-my son is 10 years old, and my daughter is 5. They keep me going! In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family here and in AL. I enjoy good food, watching SEC college football, Roll Tide!! :), and traveling.
I look forward to a great 2022-2023 school year as your child's 4th Grade Teacher!!
